Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
We ship with Australia Post. You'll choose your option at checkout:
Every ClearDrop filter and bundle is priced above $80, so standard shipping is free on all current products.
Add our 1–2 business day handling time to the transit estimate above. As a guide, allow 6–10 business days for standard delivery, or 4–7 business days for express, from the moment you order.
The estimate shown at checkout is the most current one, so treat that as the authority. Regional and remote areas can take longer, and Australia Post estimates are a guide rather than a guarantee — peak periods and events outside our control can add time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at cleardropsupport@gmail.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with Australia Post and arrange a replacement or refund if it's confirmed lost.
